If you are self-catering, you will need to bring all of your own beverages - we do NOT have a cash bar and are unable to provide you with beverages unless you purchase the full-board option.
We are a FAMILY FRIENDLY camp that believes in fostering a love of nature at an early age. As such, we welcome children of all ages regardless of who else is in camp.​​

Payment
Reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of your total accommodation fee. The balance is due a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival unless other arrangements have been made.

Preferred method of payment is via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Activities can be paid for in cash before your departure from Munyamadzi Game Reserve or by EFT before arrival.

Should payment not be received in a timeous fashion, Munyamadzi reserves the right to cancel reserved accommodation.

Cancellation terms
60+ days prior to arrival - 10% administration fee
30 days prior to arrival - 50% cancellation fee
14 days or less prior to arrival - 100% cancellation fee

*Cancellation fees are calculated on the net rate per person. Should cancelled accommodation be resold, cancellation fees shall be refunded, less a 10% administration charge.
