Camp is open between 31st May and 7th December only.

All rates are quoted in US Dollars. Full board includes local beverages such as Mosi lager and soft drinks; imported beverages such as wines, spirits and special mixers are extra and you will need to contact us to discuss this.
They DO NOT include: $10 per room daily conservation fee, 10% gratuity and 1.5% tourism levy on applicable sections of the bill, aditional activities, additional staff gratuities, expenses outside Munyamadzi Game Reserve, local travel, personal insurance and international travel.
We are a FAMILY FRIENDLY camp that believes in fostering a love of nature at an early age and affording parents a much-deserved, relaxing experience. As such, we welcome children of all ages regardless of who else is in camp.

Payment
Reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of your total accommodation fee. The balance is due a minimum of 7 days prior to arrival unless other arrangements have been made.

Preferred method of payment is via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT).
Activities can be paid for in cash before your departure from Munyamadzi Game Reserve or by EFT before arrival.

Should payment not be received in a timeous fashion, Munyamadzi reserves the right to cancel reserved accommodation.

Cancellation terms
60+ days prior to arrival - 10% administration fee
30 days prior to arrival - 50% cancellation fee
14 days or less prior to arrival - 100% cancellation fee

*Cancellation fees are calculated on the net rate per person. Should cancelled accommodation be resold, cancellation fees shall be refunded, less a 10% administration charge.
